Average delay in sending books: A week to a week and a half
Policy: Will usually send books anywhere in the world. Just say please.
Other details: please avoid cancelling, and if you do please send a detailed explanation of why, because:
1. I usually wrap the books and write the address on them as soon as I get the request
2. I feel like I've committed a terrible crime every time someone does.

The idea of the Coactum is to use existing internet platforms, in concert, to achieve the maximum positive result for noble causes. In this case, I ask everyone I know for books they don't want and then see if anyone in the BookMooch community wants them. Most of the points garnered go to charity, the rest go to people active in the Coactum that do good work. The final part of this tactic is informational cross pollination, for instance: Kiva is a charitable organization that deals with micro-loans in developing nations. It's an excellent organization that fosters sustainability and living quality in places of need.
