Courtney (USA: VA) (2009/02/06): I was disappointed in this book. It was the first book that I've read of Teresa Medeiros. I think she did a wonderful job describing the characters which I really enjoyed, but the story was lacking... I found it kind of predictable and nothing really "new". I also sort of thought some of the scenes were a bit silly, which sometimes can work (like with Nina Bangs' novels) but I didn't think it worked here... I will still try another Teresa Medeiros novel however b/c I did love her characters.
